Ankle Boots - The Gaga Way

Gaga is always dressed fabulously, from head to toe.

Suspended

Suspenders are an easy addition to any outfit that take a plain white t-shirt to something a little more fun, a little more high fashion, a little more Gaga.

Go for some simple black ones at Hot Topic, available in regular and skinny widths.



There are tons of other colors if you want to try something a little more out-loud.

I couldn't find any photos- but if you have a Claire's Accessories, or similar store in your area, definitely check them out for more styles of suspenders.

Hair Do's

Let's face it, Gaga has some great hair. And I will spend most of my life wishing I had the money to have as many beautiful wigs as she does. Fortunately, there are some great priced choices for us little monsters.



First the classic hair bow, available from Hot Topic in several different colors for only $9.99. Make sure you sign up for their discount card; as you spend money you earn points towards getting money off. They also send exclusive coupons to your email. Hot Topic is a great store to shop at for Gaga accessories, clothes, and real Gaga merchandise.





For those of you who want to really alter your appearance, you might be wanting to bleach your hair. All I have to say is BE CAREFUL, and if you can afford to go to a salon, DO! If you're more of a do-it-yourselfer than here are some products that I used when I bleached my hair. Do take note that if you have dark hair, it may take several tries to be platinum blonde, like Gaga.


I used Clairol Born Blonde after trying several other products without much success. I found this to be the best product to really take me from dark to light in a few short steps. If you're hair is not very dark, do consider a weaker formula. This product averages around $11.99, and can be found at any drugstore, or any place that carries boxed hair color.



If your color comes out brassy (which is very probable) one of the better products to use to reduce this is Clairol Born Blond Semi-Permanent Toner. You can find this product at Sally's Beauty Supply, for only $10.99, though you also have to purchase another packet with it for $.99 (this packet mixes into your solution).



Finally, if you are bleaching your hair, make sure to take really good care of it with a great conditioner. Garnier offers a wide selection of products for damaged hair. Try out the Moisture Works products or the  Triple Nutrition. Garnier really helped protect my hair as we went from brown to blonde and back.




And finally, if you're looking for a radical but not permanent change, Lady Gaga just added wigs to her webstore. They are ridiculously cheap ($15) and really intended for Halloween, but I know I am ordering one very soon!




If you want something that's probably a little more sturdy, and will last a little bit longer, your best bet for a good deal and a likeness to Gaga is to search Ebay or Amazon for the phrase 'lady gaga wig' and shop to your hearts content.

Madonna's New Line Great For Gaga Fans

Madonna recently released a new line called 'Material Girl'. This line is inspired by her daughter, and features some great pieces to add to your wardrobe. It is available exclusively at Macy's.


The best piece by far is this jacket for $78.







There are lots of other great pieces that you can check out at macys.com or in stores. The price range is fantastic, and the styling is superb. My only disappointment is that there aren't more items!
